Cath and Andrew
We are based in Barnstaple, North Devon and both of us trained as Driving Instructors about 15 years ago. Since then we have been teaching in the North Devon Area and with our combined experience of 30 years have seen many pupils take their first faltering steps at driving and go on to gain confidence and expertise and eventually pass that all important Practical Driving Test. Even after all this time the feeling is as good for us as it is for our Students.
Our long years in the Driver Training Industry mean we are highly qualified and experienced Instructors with masses of that most important quality - Patience!
As a Lady Instructor, Cath is always in demand especially as the number of Female Instructors is still not that high. She is a Grade 5 Instructor and a DSA Pass Plus Instructor and for the past six years Cath has also been Secretary of the North Devon Driving Instructor's Association which holds regular Meetings to keep Instructors up to speed with all aspects of Driver Training.
Andrew has gained many qualifications:

OUR TRAINING VEHICLES
We have two Mitsubishi Colts as our tuition vehicles. One is a Petrol and one a Diesel. Both were chosen for their low emissions and good fuel economy making them an excellent choice from an eco friendly driving point of view.
The cars are serviced and valeted regularly and whenever possible washed with recycled rainwater.
A spacious interior makes driving a comfortable experience although the cars are not much bigger than Fiestas.
Features like adjustable height drivers' seat and large door mirrors make reversing and parking easy for people of all shapes and sizes. Each car has Electric Power Steering, ABS Brakes and Air Conditioning for your comfort and safety and are of course fitted with Dual Controls
